NOTE: We have streamlined our registration process so that you can register for either or both boys' spring and/or summer lacrosse in this combined registration form.  In addition, this form includes registration for the boys' 8U box season and the boys' 10U-14U box add-on. 

Use this registration to sign up for one or more of the following options:
 

• boys' SPRING field lacrosse season;
   
• 10U-14U spring box lacrosse (optional add-on to boys' spring field);
   
• 8U box lacrosse standalone season; and
   
• boys' SUMMER field lacrosse 

If you register for both spring and summer, you'll receive a $50 discount on your combined registration! And if you register by December 31, 2022, you'll receive an additional $50 discount as an "early-bird" registrant!  

PLEASE NOTE: ALL APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REGISTRATION AND REFUNDED TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

REFUND POLICY: 
Until activities covered by this registration (e.g., practices or games) have begun, MLA will consider written requests for withdrawals and refunds. After a program registration has closed, registrants will not be entitled to refunds except in the case of injury or similar extenuating circumstance that prevents practice and game participation. In such cases, the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association Board of Directors will approve the refund and may require documentation to substantiate the request.
 
No refunds will be given in the case where program sessions must be canceled due to weather, facilities closures, league cancellations, or other situations beyond MLA’s control​.
