USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
For insurance reasons, all players must have a USA Lacrosse 6U membership ($15 annually) to participate in MLA and league activities. Your USAL membership must remain valid through the end of the relevant lacrosse season. MLA recommends that you confirm your athlete's USAL membership status prior to beginning the registration process.

REFUND POLICY: Until activities covered by this registration (e.g., practices or games) have begun, MLA will consider written requests for withdrawals and refunds. After a program registration has closed, registrants will not be entitled to refunds except in the case of injury or similar extenuating circumstance that prevents practice and game participation. In such cases, the Minnetonka Lacrosse Association Board of Directors will approve the refund and may require documentation to substantiate the request.
No refunds will be given in the case where program sessions must be canceled due to weather, facilities closures, league cancellations, or other situations beyond MLA’s control.
